I like the idea of using a double tap on the shift key to invoke Quicksilver, that way I could use ⌘Space to select a column in Excel. The only problem is that I'm too lazy to find another HotKey for Quicksilver that won't interfere with shortcuts reserved for OS X. Too bad that it isn't possible to disable the HotKey option.

I just installed Quicksilver the other day. I hooked it up to a "double tap on the Shift key" and it's working great.

I've been using Quicksilver ever since I bought a Mac and it has been a godsend. Thanks for reminding me about Launchy though!
